this app sucks big time. it's hard to open the tickets and once you click forward tickets there is no way to cancel it. whoever did programming for this app should be fired. it sucks!!!!

Beware forwarding tickets! The FAQ says there should be an option to cancel the fwd, but the option isn't there. Calling & emailing support was useless and frustrating. UPDATE: I was finally able to cancel. The FAQ needs to be updated to say you need to select the home team for which you have tix (could swear I tried this & it didn't work) & support needs to be trained better. Other FAQ method didn't work. Shouldn't have to download an app to go to a game anyway. Plus it's >100 MB.

Why would Great American Ballpark require you to have a non functioning app that is the only option to access your tickets? How are we supposed to get into the game if we cant get to our tickets? App doesnt work!

There is ZERO reason this app should require a login. Total bs.

Impossible to link account and find my tickets for the game so I have to find a fedex to print them at which defeats the whole purpose, not to mention caused a lot of stress not being able to view my purchased tickets. Tried support via stadium ticket office and MLB Assist on Twitter and they were no help either.

App has a nice UI, but is incredibly buggy (Samsung Galaxy S9, Oreo). It would frequently crash, and require a new login the next time. Tickets often wouldn't show, or state "contact box office." Sometimes showed a blank screen with only an advertisement on the bottom. Since it took so long to show the tickets, the gate manager just gave up and let me back into the section.
